Zone 1 - Damien
"The Smoke Mines of Damien were the most important agricultural district in all of Zone 1. After all, smoke was the most important of the four elements. That didn't mean it was the safest district to work in. There was a specter loose in the mines; and since its voice could be heard everywhere at once, none of the miners could figure out where it was. Even if they could find it, all they would succeed in doing is bringing forth their early demise. Only the Inspector was capable of eradicating impure spirits, and he was never in a helpful mood. So, the miners had no choice but continue their labor, praying that the specter wouldn't find them."
