"The Meat Fountains of Alma were the most important agricultural district in all of Zone 1. After all, meat was the most important of the four elements. That didn't mean it was the safest district to work in. Ghouls, beast-like specters, have been spotted swimming in the meat, threatening to chew up any workers that got too close to the edge. Only the Inspector was capable of eradicating impure spirits, and he was never in a helpful mood. So as one sole worker focused on bottling the meat, he couldn't help but notice continuous wailing from the distance..."
