The Slog
The ghoul residents of the Slog are hard at work. You can hear Arlen tinkering in his shed. Someone is tending to the crops while others are harvesting tarberries out of the pool. Every once in awhile you can hear an explosion coming from the foundry down the road. Sometimes you wonder if it was a good idea to set up a farm so close to a raider outpost.
The sun is beginning to set. You can smell the dirt and the fresh air, with trees all surrounding you and the creek just down the hill. You forgot that the commonwealth can still be so pretty.
