Skyhold's Library
Spending your afternoon at Skyhold curled up in a book in the library sounds perfect, the coming and goings of the Spymaster's messenger birds one floor up are nowhere near enough to be distracting - although you can't help but wonder what gossip she has for the Inquisitor.
(Its easy to ignore the Tevinter mage working in the alcove too).
