In the Ashlands of Morrowind
The winds blow outside the yurts of the Velothi, bringing blight and horror on the ash-strewn air, but inside a warm fire crackles and keeps hope alive. Occasionally, if you listen, you can hear the murmur of Dunmeri ancestors.
