Your name is Hugo Vega. You teach English for the middle/high schoolers of Maple Bay. It’s a regular spring afternoon, the younger kids are hollering outside during their lunch break while you sit at your desk and work on entering grades into your barely functional Windows 95 desktop. You can hear people walking through the hallways, doors opening and closing, and everything around you moving so quickly... while you sit still in your own little bubble.
