Relax. Everyone is fine.
Toriel is sitting across the living room from you, her faovrite book on snails in her paws being eagerly read. She's so caught up in the tale she seems to be unaware of the obvious mess being made in her kitchen.
Papyrus and Undyne are shuffling around, the sound of items being slammed and pasta boiling echoing through your ears.
Alphys is writing down some new formula in the chair next to you, something about SOULs you can tell but there are so many numbers it's hard to figure out what she's doing so you give up.
Sans is sprawled across the couch next to you, his breath steady and deep. You still have the suspicion that he might actually be awake, basking in the sounds of your ragtag family but you're not willing to disturb his peace to ask.
You sink into the couch, listening as your friends and family blissfully continue their daily routines and hobbies.
Relax.
Everyone is fine.
