A city at sleep is not a city deserted, especially not in the Shroud. Passerby's still frequent the roads and it still takes an extra number of steps to find somewhere utterly private, should you need a world away from the whispers and occasional eye. Stalls are still alit, around the marketplace, though the lanterns hang only warm now, and most of the shopkeepers have gone. Still, there is much ado in this duskwise bell, is there not?
